Delivery Information
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched. While we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, dispatch times may vary depending on product availability.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
For Express Delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday–Sunday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
All prices displayed on our website and at checkout include VAT.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Simply click the tracking link in the email to view the latest updates from the courier and monitor your delivery in real time.
Managing Your Delivery
Using the courier’s website or mobile app, you can manage your delivery preferences. This includes options such as:

Changing the delivery address

Rearranging your delivery date

Selecting a safe place for the parcel to be left if you are not home

Arranging collection from a local depot or collection point
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The selected delivery service
International shipping rates will vary depending on your location. The price shown at checkout is the final delivery charge for your order.
Order Processing
Our team aims to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. After dispatch, delivery times will depend on the service selected at checkout.
For Next Working Day Delivery, parcels may arrive any time before 6pm on the delivery day. If you require delivery before a specific time, please select one of our timed express delivery options where available.
Please note that dispatch and delivery times may be affected during public holidays or peak shopping periods.
Payment Provider Processing
Orders placed using certain payment providers may require additional processing time.
PayPal Orders
Some PayPal transactions may undergo security checks which can take up to 10 working days. During this period, Express Delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Payl8r Orders
Orders placed using Payl8r may take up to 7 days to be approved and processed. Because of this additional processing time, Express Delivery options are not available for Payl8r orders.
Delivery Disclaimer
While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is delayed or missing, we must wait for confirmation from the courier before issuing replacements or refunds. This investigation process can take up to 10 working days.
Click & Collect (DPD Collection Points)
For added convenience, D&K Hair Enhancements offers a Click & Collect service through local collection points.
How It Works

Select Click & Collect at checkout and choose a convenient collection location.

Place your order before the daily cut-off time for same-day dispatch.

Receive a notification once your parcel has arrived at the collection point.

Collect your order using your collection code and photo ID.
Dispatch Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before the following times will be dispatched the same day:

Monday – Friday: before 3pm

Saturday – Sunday: before 12 noon
All Click & Collect orders are shipped via DPD Next Day Delivery.
Collection Requirements
When collecting your order, please bring:

Your collection code

A valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or similar)
Collection Window
Your parcel will be held at the collection location for 7 days. If it is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
Someone else may collect your order on your behalf as long as they bring:

The collection code

Their own photo ID
Click & Collect Cost
Click & Collect via DPD is available for £4.98 per order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive DPD tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
